AutoRev AI Comes Out of Stealth Pitching a Full AI Team for the Front Office

The Miami startup says its agents answer calls, chase estimates, and book jobs around the clock, and it is aiming squarely at the trades.

AutoRev AI, a Miami-founded startup, emerged from stealth this week positioning itself as an "AI coworker" for the front office of service businesses. Rather than selling a single answering bot, the company is pitching a team of coordinated agents: a voice receptionist that answers and books calls around the clock, an estimating engine that turns photos and voice notes into priced quotes, outbound dialer and text agents that re-engage aged leads, plain-English workflow automation, and call coaching for the humans still on the phones.

The company is leaning on a familiar set of industry pain points: roughly a quarter of inbound calls to home-service businesses go unanswered, and research popularized by Harvard Business Review found that responding to a lead within five minutes makes a business up to 100 times more likely to connect than waiting half an hour. AutoRev says its agents respond in under a minute.

Notably for operators, the platform runs on top of existing field-service systems (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Workiz, AccuLynx, JobNimbus and others) rather than replacing them, and the launch was picked up by outlets including the CB Herald and Knox News.

Why it matters to operators

The AI receptionist category is crowding fast, but most entrants stop at answering the phone. A stack that also chases estimates and aged leads is a different claim on the same leak: the jobs a shop already earned but never collected. As always, the proof is in booked jobs, not demos.
